2. Order anyway: Enter “Unknown” in the song field. We will email you to confirm the track before we print anything.

Once you have approved your design (or provided your assets), our typical turnaround time is 3–5 working days for printing, framing, and delivery via Royal Mail or Courier.

In the unlikely event your frame arrives damaged, simply email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately free of charge.

We do not send proofs as standard to keep turnaround times fast. However, if our design team spots an issue with your photo quality or song choice, we will pause the order and contact you for approval before printing.
