  • Identity Data: First name, last name, and Fighter Name/Nickname.
  • Contact Data: Billing address, delivery address, email address, and telephone number.
  • Event Data: Specific details regarding your participation in Ultra Events (e.g., Ultra White Collar Boxing / Ultra MMA), including event location, date, walkout song, and fight statistics.
  • Transaction Data: Details about payments to and from you and other details of products you have purchased from us.
  • Technical Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, and operating system (via Google Analytics).
  • Marketing and Communications Data: Your preferences in receiving marketing from us.

We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:

  • Direct Interactions: You may give us your Identity, Contact, and Event Data by filling in forms on our product pages or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email, or otherwise.
  • Third Parties (Ultra Events): As an Official Partner of Ultra Events, we may cross-reference the Event Data you provide (such as your name and event location) against participant databases provided to us by Ultra Events Ltd to verify your participation and locate your official photography.
  • Automated Technologies: As you interact with our website, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns using cookies and Google Analytics.

4. How We Use Your Personal Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Performance of Contract: To process and deliver your order, manage payments, and provide customer support.
  • Legitimate Interests: To verify your fight details with Ultra Events to ensure the accuracy of your memorabilia.
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with a legal or regulatory obligation (e.g., keeping tax records).
  • Consent: Generally we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data other than in relation to sending direct marketing communications via email. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

5. Disclosures of Your Personal Data

We may share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in Section 4:

  • Service Providers (Fulfillment): We use Printful to print, frame, and ship your orders. Your name and delivery address will be shared with them solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.
  • Service Providers (IT): We use Resend for transactional and marketing emails, and Stripe (or your chosen processor) for secure payment processing. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • Strategic Partners: We share data with Ultra Events Ltd to verify participant details and report on fundraising contributions related to product sales.
  • Professional Advisers: Lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers.
  • HM Revenue & Customs: Regulators and other authorities based in the UK.

6. International Transfers

Some of our external third parties (such as Printful, Stripe, and Resend) are based outside the UK. Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

  • The country has been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data.
  • We use specific contracts approved for use in the UK which give personal data the same protection it has in the UK.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements.

  • Order Data: We are required by tax law to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for 6 years after they cease being customers.
