At Memento Lab, every product is engineered to order. We do not hold stock; your print is generated, printed, and framed specifically for you the moment your order is verified.

1. PRODUCTION TIME (PROCESSING)
Because your item is bespoke, please allow time for creation before your item is handed to the carrier.
- Standard Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Note: This is the time it takes to create and process your image.
2. SHIPPING TIME (TRANSIT)
Once dispatched, the following estimated transit times apply for UK delivery:
- Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days.
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They do not include the production time listed above.
3. PACKAGING & DAMAGES
Our prints are packaged in rigid, double-walled boxes to ensure they survive the transit network. However, accidents can happen.
If your item arrives damaged (e.g., cracked frame or acrylic), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will issue a priority replacement immediately.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because every print is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
